Princess Dress... for an 11 year old... Rent?

Okay - I know there are a few women on here who might have a better idea than I about this stuff. Tori is going to her father/daughters dance this coming Saturday... and decided that she wants a princess dress.

This is the dress she wants.... it's from a Hillary Duff movie...



It's a 5K dress. And it's a wedding dress....



So I'm trying to find something 'similar' - that doesn't require quite so much up top (she IS 11...) without breaking the bank. It's a freaking father/daughter dance - NOT a prom... *sigh*

So - tell me where is the best place to either rent something like this...or does anyone know of any resale shops that have this type of outfit?

You might look at costume shops if your thinking about renting. You might also consider what it would cost to hire a seamstress.

Also check out quincentera shops. Some rent, and the dresses are usually way over board like that one.

Thanks for the suggestion - I can actually sew - but honestly, to make something like that is going to cost more than $100 easily.
