chick-fil-a was doing this during January - offering a free breakfast every Thursday - you should have seen the line at the woodlands location at 6am
I wonder how long the line will be for pancakes????

I didn't know about Chick-Fil-A's breakfasts :( Maybe they didn't have that in Dallas?

I plan to swing by Denny's on my way to class, tomorrow, but if it is packed, I can't wait for it.

Not only is the potential hassle not worth the $5 savings (i'm guessing at the price), but it's also not worth the heart clogging calories and fat.

Denny's Original Grand Slam breakfast (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausages, 2 slices of bacon) has a rib-sticking 795 calories, 50 grams of fat (14 of that sat fat), 65 grams carbs, 34 grams protein and a teeny little 2 grams of fiber (eat the placemat).

Yeah, I'm definitely not gonna be there. I hate fighting crowds. Besides, I make eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns or biscuits for breakfast every morning anyway, and I already planned to make pancakes one day this week. I'd much rather sit around the table at home and have our quiet breakfast and Bible study time than try to wrangle seven kids waiting in line all morning just to get a free breakfast.

If any of you wants a free HOME COOKED breakfast, come out to Katy. Bring your Bible. LOL.
