Just wanted to share my excitement in seeing my first published article come to reality! This issue should be hitting bookstores very soon, if it didnt hit today.

Yeah, only one picture got in, and the article could only be 200 words, but hey, you gotta start somewhere!

Oh and along with February being great so far, I'm picking up my 70-200 f/2.8L IS on Friday! So excited!

There are photo ops on a daily basis around DFW and Austin. I had an injury that day which is why I wasn't competing, but we skate all the freakin time. There is another race scheduled pretty soon in Austin, but I don't remember the dates exactly. It's a really fun time if you (or anyone else) would like to go.

I'll post up some details when I know them. That might actually be a cool idea to get as many photogs there as possible to cover the event!
