I personally think the language in Facebook's TOS is to defend against lawsuits pending against them rather than to acquire content for one reason or another. I can't imagine Facebook trying to sell pictures of HS soccer to parents on the side, or marketing 600px-long-side wedding pictures to brides. |

I'm not worried. i think everybody is over-reacting. the jpeg resizer on facebook destroys any decent quality images u have. unless ur shooting from a crummy PnS. unless its images ur selling/sold, i think putting your logo on is a bit pretentious. |
