thanks, downloading now.

I am new to mac's, got my first one about 2 weeks ago. It is very different, seems some simple things it can't do, but does do other things a PC does not do. I am giving it a chance and trying to learn it.

I'm using it to view this page right now.

The Top Sites feature is interesting. The new tab structure will take some getting.

Still enjoying Firefox on both my Mac and PC. Never really got into Safari too much. Only use IE when required for ActiveX...

Using it now. Are there any bells and whistles I should know about?

Thanks, Safari on the PC has been crashing a whole lot so I hope this will help.

"Top Sites" to make it easier to get to TPF

Oh yeah...much better now, much faster, like the new look, more XP like, the pulling a tab from the top with transparent thumb of the page is neat. On this PC the top sites page is not rendering correctly...I get vertical black stripes in each of the top sites thumb. Might be a video or direct x issue.
Also, Just saw this, the history window uses cover flow, this is also neat.

I might have to check it out, at least on my MacBook. I stopped using Safari on my old iMac because to upgrade Safari I would need to upgrade the OS, too, and some sites were starting to not work anymore.

Been using Firefox for about two years and love how fast it is.

does hotmail work with anyone on this, I can log in and get new mail, but I can't open them or delete. It does not do anything when I click to open an email

maskale added 17 Minutes and 27 Seconds later...Double Post Merged Below

checked the apple boards, seems everyone is having the same problem. I uninstalled the beta and it works again. I actually like the old one better. I like having the tabs on the bottom of the address bar instead of on top.
