you know how hard it was to throw away a Sony hi-fi stereo vcr that didn't even work...wish I had seen this earlier.

Okay, Keith. My brother had one in like new condition he still uses but I went ahead and tore into it anyway 'cause I thought he'd really like all the goodies inside. I ran into some kind of glitch, though. Maybe I had the wrong brand? I couldn't find a single thing that was shown in the video, and now I can't get it back together...
