I just saw that. Bummer... but he lived to the ripe old age of 90. Rest in peace Paul Harvey...

And that's the end of the story.

I remember listening to Mr. Harvey on the radio while I was growing up. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of being his driver for a couple of days in Waco in 1958. He was a very nice person. RIP Mr. Harvey.

Rest in peace Mr. Harvey.

I'll miss him. I remember his voice from when I was a child, and when I was driving 300 miles for school a week the last 18 months, I enjoyed my lunchtime drive home with his voice. 12 noon and 5pm won't be the same.

When his wife died last summer, I wondered if he would be far behind her. :(

Daniel's comment was my first thought.... "And now... the end of the story."

I used to look forward to Paul Harvey's daily "The Rest of the Story" when it aired on AFRTS back when my dad was stationed in Okinawa and I was in high school... if it were a particularly telling or moving one, everyone would talk about it at school that day.. sometimes, we'd even spend a class period talking about it. (With only one English radio station, EVERYONE heard it.)

Good times. Great memories. The man's voice will always hold a special place in my heart.

We know he goes with God, so it is fitting to wish him, "Good Day!"
