Man I ordered this set well over a week ago and have not heard ANYTHING from them as to when they will ship it... I have sent him 2 e-mail but quickly got a spamalert reply so I filled it out and the e-mailo went thru.. Did you guys have the same kind of service issues?  I'm still in the Holding pattern.. I don't know if it makes much of a difference, but Zach's dad just passed away recently. May have something to do with the delay in response to you. I hope this is it, and once things settle down he can get you a response and your DVD set. --------------------------- Thanks for looking...! I wish Zack and his family well. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. I lost my mother recently also and know his pain. Zack offers a wonderful product and has provided great service in the past. They are most likely busy with family and all the items that come with the passing of a love one. Zack or his wife have always made it a priority to get the dvds out the door even in tough times. |
