That's a lens with a teleconverter accessory included.

Also, it's for a Hasselblad 200 series mount so you know it'll be pricey

The B&H listing clearly describes it as a 300mm 2.8 lens with a 1.7x teleconverter:

Does anyone remember the Lieca ads for, I think it was the 400mm 2.8....comes with it's own carrying case? The carrying case was a volkswagen. I believe at the time a volkwagen retailed for about $2000. My cousin had one. The lens...not the volkswagen.
