A new toy - 03-18-2009, 01:30 AM

For anyone that read my transportation post you know that my 14 year old son is now racing cross country MX so I decided it was time to get a dirt bike to ride on weekends with him. I used to ride alot when I was much younger, but its been a while so I'll have to catch on again.

I got the old man version of a dirt bike; it has an electric starter.

Not brand new, but new to me and in really good condition. 2006 KTM 450 XC

Cool.. Where do you ride? Although I have never ridden a motorcycle, I do like to get out and shoot MX on occasion. It's a lot of fun...

Wes and I have shot at Village Creek a few times (Wes has many more times than me, but graciously invited me along a few times).

Does it come with major hospitalization coverage

Bad backs do not do well in these and that's why they call them the "chiropractors dream".....
