None really. I've gone a few times and the only problem I've ever experienced was a little condensation when going from your a/c hotel to the very humid outdoors. Just give it time to transition before you start using it or changing lenses.

I had the same problem with condensation on the lenses, and it took my videocamera about 30 mins to equalize (kept getting the blinking red light). I finally started keeping the gear in the case on our balcony instead of in the room and solved the problem.
