Probably not as bad as heroin. YMMV

Probably one per day is no more harmful than a few cups of coffee per day, which is what a lot of people drink. Lately, I've been drinking one 16-oz. lo-carb Monster before my workouts (four per week).

I drink a gallon of coffee a day... at least... maybe less.. maybe more....

The last time I gave blood they told me it was more like sludge than blood....

I didn't see a problem with it...

"Can I get a refill please?"

Joking aside - if you drink adequate water every day - I don't think any of that stuff will hurt you.

I like, for daily use-

Black coffee.

'La Croix' water (comes in several flavors).

Unsweetened ice tea.

are you drinking the WHOLE can?

well then you might be trouble...lol...those cans say something like 2 servings per container

I used to be okay with them, until I went to a paintball tournament and drank them all day for free...sure they were ice cold, and on Thursday they were awesome, on Friday they were great, by Saturday they were just there, by Sunday I wasn't sure where I was anymore. I drank so many that weekend I can't drink it anymore rofl...I think I was well over the limit on those things.

They have a fairly high concentration of HFCS, so despite the corn growers trying to put a bandaid on it, beware.

They don't have the kick of a Red Bull, but they are almost half the price. I used to have one large Red Bull a day-----now I have two 12 oz Monster drinks. The purple can flavor tastes like the old-school Delaware Punch----and goes great with a couple of those chocolate-chip Grandma's cookies.

People keep telling me "those things are going to catch up with me one day". With all of that caffeine and sugar------not likely!!!!!!!

They are o.k. to drink-----just remember to hydrate with water and exercise regularly.

I used to be a 12 pack a day Coke drinker......I cut back considerably in an effort to cut some weight...now it's 1 a day and lots of water.

While in college, several red bulls a day was the norm, now one can of that low carb Monster thing keeps me up all day & night. Man I'm feeling like a 90 yr old.

I tried RB once and couldn't stand it. Didn't even finish the can.
