I gave up high fructose corn syrup, fried food and red meat. I did pretty good, but I was served red meat for my birthday - what was I supposed to do?

Anyway, gonna keep with the no HFCS, not getting much fried food or red meat.

Wanna keep losing weight!

Being a bodybuilder I really don't eat sweets and stuff. But I have some Dots at least twice a month.

Still one week to go over here. Greek Orthodox Lent means becoming completely Vegan, no meats, or products from animals, such as egg and dairy. Also no olive oil or wine.
