Yike's, hope that's not your vehicle.

It has really been coming down today, isn't it?

I thought I'd just add on to Ken's post.
Enough already!
I had to go rescue the trash can. The lid was stuck in the drain.

Actually, though you may find this hard to believe, much of Texas is in drought conditions. The Southern part of the State is in exceptional drought conditions, covering 11.5% of the State. 25% of the State in in extreme drought. Fires from North-Central Texas have sent smoke into several cities, including Dallas and Fort Worth.

Yeah, we need rain.

For the Houston folks, here's a good link. Our area (NW HArris) had almost 6" in last 48. Radar shows clearing in NW.

Hospital (here w/Mom today, Hospice, but that's another story) has the filter blocking Ken's pics, but I can imagine.....

John - Honda do make outboard motors for boats. They could also be prototyping.

Ken - Brand new Honda Passport floating in about 3ft of water.

what rain??? I live south of Brazoria outside of Sargent and we have had only 1/2" of rain so far. That brings us up to 2" for total rain fall for 2009. Tried to go to Magnolia, had to turn around, after more than an hour we were still south of Pearland! At least this will green up the pastures and make some wildflowers come up.
