Mom

My mother passed away quietly at 1.30 this morning. She goes to meet Dad, who passed away in October; this is the longest they've been apart in over 62 years of marriage.

This is her HS senior portrait, hand tinted in the classic style. We only recently found this portrait.

Yeah, it's been a rough couple of years......but life goes on.

I am REALLY sorry to hear this man. They are together in a better place now. I lost my Dad on Father's Day (June) in 2003, and my Mom in late September of the same year, so I know how it is when you loose one parent while still dealing with the loss of the other.
