as a diehard, life long 49ers fan I'm ecstatic!!! This guy was a steal at 10, and I'm thrilled the Niners got him. I look forward to seeing him a lot this season.

there was plenty of talk about this quote and it's being blown out of proportion...especially since another Cleveland paper reported that his visit went well (printed the same day mind you), and that he enjoyed his time there and that everyone was thrilled with the reaction from BOTH sides. IIRC a rep from the team was on Sirius NFL Radio and even he said it was a good visit and didn't know where that quote came from.
