Yep film is dead, just like collodion. Oh, no! View Camera magazine says collodion is making a come back! Does that mean film is going to have a resurgence?

I honestly don't think film is dead. Yes there is a huge craze for digital but I don't think film will die out.

Now I know that polaroid die out and anything can happen but this is the one true form that began it all.

Dead film? Yep. All of my film is dead. That's why I keep my film in the freezer.

What happened to Polaroid was a dirty rotten shame. Another classic example of a corporate crook running a good company in the ground.

The good news is that we can always make our own. Silver based photography is simple, easy & cheap. The same materials that worked in the 19th century still work today. Heck, the cameras and lenses are still working today.

It's all good!

I am having a negative reaction to all the talk about film being dead. I can't picture life without film.

Let's not be transparent on this issue. I can't let all this negativity slide without a comment.

I need to get some of this new Ektar in 120...

I'm reeling over this discussion. Hope something good develops! Oh, someday our prints will come.

Edited: Didn't see until now that one of my puns was already taken. I guess I'll let that one slide.
