It's a roller coaster ride... I've got two - a 12 year old, and a 22 month old... it's wonderful, and crazy... and fulfilling... and amazing... terrifying...lol... it's awesome.

I don't recommend it for the faint of heart.

Thank you, TPF family! This is our first and last two tests show momma and baby are healthy. No preference on boy or girl but we find out at 20 weeks (currently @ 14 weeks). We'll shower whatever we're blessed with, with as much love as we can give.

In the meantime, we're trying to get as much sleep as we can now. I heard once the baby is born, no more sleeping until they head out to college... :)

I don't know, sometimes I sleep a lot better because my kids wear me out. All children are a blessing (but boys are more fun, my biased mind and heart believes).

I am the only girl with 7 older brothers and one younger.... As a young kid some of the family members would give my dad a hard time about that one girl being punishment for how he raised his boys.... He always said that with a boy, you have to worry about one Peter in town.... With a girl.. You have to worry about all the other Peters in town...

I didn't get it.... Cause I didn't know anyone named Peter....
