Looks neat, hopefully Houston PBS isn't too cheap to pay for the HD version to broadcast. (I'm still ticked they didn't carry Art Wolf's show in HD).

I'm looking forward to it as well, and hope they have a bit about my favorite, Crater Lake National Park.
I lived and worked there for a summer.
I operated one of the lake tour boats (Captain Tom !! ) and got to see the park on a daily basis.

your timing is spooky. just 30 minutes ago Darla and I booked the flights for my 1st ever trip to Yellowstone.......

we've wanted to go for years. family issues and other emergencies have put it off for the last 3 years, sometimes we got so far as to pick flights and dates.....tonight we BOOKED 'EM.....

I had totally forgotten about this PBS series, we will definitely DVR it once the schedule here in Houston is available.

thanx again

This would have been my dream assignment as a photographer or videographer. Maybe I should ask if they need any stills?

Glad you posted this, I wasn't aware of it but will definitely catch it. I would love it if they did something similar just on the State Parks of Texas.

I'm thinking of doing one on a local nature preserve. Maybe I'll gain experience and do other parks, too?
