I've had to return to this thread several times before I understood what I was seeing.

Interesting.

When I was a kid, my crafty grandmother used to make those and sell at the flea market among other things. Only she used brand new ones and dyed them, embroidered.. whatever. They weren't nearly as bad. No sewing involved either. All she did was strategically cut them. Whoever did that one in the photo did a pretty poor job of it. I'd never wear them myself. I've only ever had them on to test the fitting for my Gramma.

The person in that pic is a guy, I've seen a uncropped version of that image and he has a sweet mullet to go along with that top.

I have come back to this thread twice now. I keep going back and forth.
"Please don't let this be a woman wearing this." Then later I think, "Please don't let this be a man wearing this."

I saw this a couple years ago as well. It is disturbing, regardless if they're clean or not.

I bet there is someone who has a patch of soft cotton material that you can use to dry them afterwards

I bought a sports bra just like that for my wife! At a flea market! She plans on wearing it when they interview her after the next tornado hits our trailer park!
