Thank you for looking, and letting me know!

I have a hard time deciding which ones to post, when I take so many.... I'm always happy to find out which ones other people like. : )

I've seen her on Model Mayhem before, and for some reason, I can't get past her teeth. Something just distracts me about them.... the front two looks larger than normal or something...

I do agree with Scott. If these are indeed for her portfolio, you edited way to many. 2-3 shots max per outfit. I know you only had 1 outfit. If this for practice and fun, then go crazy! If you are just starting out with model ports, its really easy to edit to many, but for continuity, probably needs to be narrowed down. Plus it saves you weeks of time in front of the computer.

I'm not a big fan of the sepia and black & white treatments, just because in the b&w, #8 in particular, it looks like she has a black eye.

#6 Good - but watch the backgrounds and stuff coming out of heads. This is commonly done, and I've done it myself before.

#10 I think this would be better if her hands were just dangling, and not one on her face. Would have liked to see both eyes too.

#13 Too much flash... might be the look you are going for. I personally like the use flash without it looking like you used flash method. The angle is really distracting. From a certain angle, almost looks like a belly bump.

I really don't like the outfit, and it seems you didn't either...The color is good, but the way the dress is, it makes her breasts look way too large and unflattering.

Your framing is pretty good on these. Just keep practicing!

Thank you, Emily!

#6 I did NOT see that tree coming out of her head until it was too late. I do that more frequently than I would like, because I'm busy paying attention to other things. (Either that, or somebody is sneaking in to my files while I'm sleeping, and Photoshopping things in just to mess with me, but how likely is that, really??)

#10 I thought I had one over on Smugmug that has both hands dangling, but it had both hands up, not down....

#13 I like less flash more, too, but I kind of liked this one anyway. I hadn't noticed the belly, but now that you've pointed it out, I'll see it every time. Thanks a lot!

Thanks for all the detailed comments!

It really does help me: when I go out to shoot, I hear all of these voices in my head (not in a crazy way—you know what I mean!) and it's helping me get better every time, I think.... : )
