I think you did great for a first studio shot, very nicely exposed skin and good isolation on white. I am impressed!

The first one is my favorite because I love her skin color tone, and the background is interesting. Because paper tends to give some texture when lit so close I'd recommend doing a blurring of the color effect to eliminate this texture. Noise Ninja works as well.

First time ? Not bad.

I don't like the background in the first image. Too bright and takes away from the ladies.

Get them some makeup and some clothes and re-shoot this. Get in closer.
I understand that you want to see the whole person sometimes, but with cute models you can get in close and up tight and get some really nice faces.
It will also give you a better idea about what your lighting is REALLY doing.
