My Best Rodeo Shot - 07-28-2009, 06:48 PM

While attending the ATPI Instructors Workshop 2009, a group of us went to the town of Cooper and photographed a rodeo. This is my favorite shot of the night. It is available light. Shot with a Canon 50D and a Tamron 10-24. ISO was probably 1600.

Love it! I'd crop the guy on the left out though...

I thought about it and tried it but his knee still ends up being in the shot and the kid on the fence is crowded by the crop. decided to leave it like it was in camera.

Clint,

long time no hear.....
great shot, I love shots like this that tell a story!

I would say cut the person out to the end of the poll, then clone the rest of the leg and knee.... that should do it! or just leave it!

later,

Yeah, I find I don't have alot of time to do the forums much anymore. Like spending time with the kiddos more than sitting in front of the computer.

Got nothing to compare it to from your others that night...but it certainly makes a favorite list for me.

Great shot.
It says more than most will ever know.
Takes me back 30+ years.
