maybe it's just me but I'd like to see the exposure of the background brought down just a little bit.

Your subject is very well exposed in my opinion. Because there isn't much color or detail in the sky, an angle/composition that de-emphasized the sky might work better.

Should have mentioned that in mine, subject looks great, I think I'd just like more contrast in the sky/greens/bridge. Great subject though

You have a gorgeous subject for sure. Next time try using your lens at the 55mm, 2.8, with a 4 stop ND filter, get closer to your subject and use more 3rds. This will give you less DOF because your background is not pleasing and gives you darker skys if your light is brighter than the ambient.

How did you sync past 1/400?
