A TPF Contingent in the Tetons - 10-03-2010, 02:24 PM

A half dozen of us from TPF gathered in the Tetons last weekend to shoot the magical autumn landscape....and here's a shot of our merry band of men and women on our first day together.

How many can you identify by name?

Uh.. that looks like.... ummmm ... you know uhhhhh.... yeah, that person.
Seriously though, good to see a group get out and have some fun like that in a theater that has countless opportunities.
Enjoy!

No one else wants to guess on which of the six (of 11) shown above are TPF members - and a couple of them are pretty darn well know on these forum boards...?

Question ??? - 10-03-2010, 10:12 PM

I think I see "what's his face?" in there. No, wait: that's not him . . . I don't think . . .

Don't keep us in suspense.

Okay, here's the "lineup":

Left to right, me, Wil (TPF) and then fourth from left, Jennifer (TPF), Judy (TPF), Joe (TPF), Michael (TPF) and then second from right, Wayne (TPF).

The other shooters were fellow photographers from Flickr.

We had a lot of fun together.

I recognized Wil Bloodworth and Joe Lorenzini. Don't know that I've met any of the others.

It's sure beautiful up there; I was there just a few days ahead of you. I had a great time taking pictures as I was driving down after I bought a truck from my dad up in Montana (more on that sad story in a thread in the Open Talk section--suffice to say that after less than a week in Houston, my truck is probably headed to Mexico without me...)

I'm anxious to see some of the pictures you guys took.
