Danni, first shoot of the new year (1/1/11)...3rd shot added... - 01-02-2011, 02:18 PM

Got started on 2011 early, and with our old friend Danni. Working with the mobile setup on these (more to come), which we set up in Danni's living room.

Looking forward to a great 2011...hope everyone here has a great year too!

And some heavy handed post that I am not 100% on yet, but will add it here for c&c!

Nice shots. She looks a bit like Eliza Dushku, which is definitely not a bad thing.

#1 - Shooting from below face makes her nose look larger than necessary. And it's not flattering to her chin either, IMHO.

#2 - Very nice, sexy and flattering. Maybe a little too much red light on her (for my taste).

1. Yeah I agree with ya there!

2. The odd part is I wanted more pink on her, and less abrasively, but settled for what I could get from my mobile set up.

Thanks!

I know that people ask this from time to time, but you should post this in the "people" section.

Now I'm not telling you where to post it but suggesting for one reason. I know you say (as others have) "this is where I post most or all of my images so it's where I am known". I would like to suggest that you do pretty good work and there are plenty on this site who do not access the Human Form section but would benefit from seeing your images or learning from what you have to offer on here.

Just a suggestion that I thought I would throw out there. Good work, BTW. I do agree with what Andre said.

Dude you are so right! My total oversight. Can an Admin move this?

I was perusing this section when I opted to add a post - just went on automatic. My bad!

The processing, the sharpening in particular (check the hair), on the first shot makes it look unnatural and unappealing more than the shooting from below her. Your lighting and exposure are spot on as usual though, and I quite like the second shot, but the pink on her left leg looks a tad too hot IMO.

Agreed on all counts! I am not sure what the hair looking like that is all about - it doesn't look like that at full res.

Still, agreed.

Great shots! Would you mind sharing your "mobile setup"?
