Try to put the eyes on the upper third line for composition. Right now they are on the center horizon.

Otherwise, I'm not very creative with family shots either, so I can't comment a lot.

Also, try not to have two people's eyes on the same plane (1 and 2)

Very nice Jusselin!

Something I've started doing with most of my family sessions in pp is burning the neck area down a bit. Even for people who are very thin, sometimes when the light hits that patch of skin under the neck, and the side of the face around the jawline, it creates the look of a double chin. One swipe with a burning brush will make a big difference in that area. Try it on #s 2 and 3 and see if you like it. The women especially will love you for it! :)
