Some story-telling pictures at home tonight. The message I was after was "learning and playing together" and I tried to capture genuine expressions that reflected the story. Lighting was non-dramatic - an old SB-24 pointing to the ceiling as fill, and an SB800 on a shoot-thru umbrella as key light. I wanted the focus to be on the interactions so I let the light fill the space and not get in the way of the main idea.

As always, I appreciate your comments - in this case how well the images tell the intended story.

Apologies for the watermarks.

#1. Playful and surprise demolition.

#2. Teaching my friend to do math.

#3. Wait, wait, don't tell me!

#4. Love folding paper with my Mom!

I LOVE the first one. Mom's expression reminds me of my own mom, well done!

Paco, as always beautiful pictures. The message is very clear from the images.

Small nitpick: In the first image, your daughter's cheek seems to be slightly over exposed. ( I am viewing these images on un-calibrated monitor, so it can be my monitor)
