What's sticking out to me is her skin gets definitely more yellow after the PP and her teeth are blown out while her hair is almost in complete shadow. The brightness of her left arm is distracting to me and it looks like she is going to squeeze the lemon in her eye or up her nose rather than in her mouth.

I agree with ThePhilosopher (too many Davids on this thread ) on the last one

It may have worked to add a kicker to the other side to bring up her hair more.

Also the aspect ratio and really the crop in general bothers me seems to tight especially for a studio shot
