I shot this portrait of Thulani for the Strobist Boot Camp II first assignment and I got an honorable mention and write up! The whole idea was to shoot a headshot of someone and do some good at the same time. Thulani is the director of the Kliptown Youth Program (www.kliptownyouthprogram.com), which is like a Boys and Girls Club. Kids can get tutored, participate in league soccer, and get advice and support for college and internships. C&C Welcome!  |
