You need fill light. Get a flash & start messing around with it. These shots would have been great lighting-wise if you balance it correctly.

This is a nitpick - I like the inclusion of the bag in #3, but I don't feel that it contributes to the image in #2, I find it the strap across her chest distracting. But the posing is nice and she seems comfortable in front of the camera!

Also on #2, if you had turned her just a bit more away from the camera (more like 45 degrees), it would give her a slimmer appearance. (Not that she looks big, but a straight-on shot is almost always a no-no for a woman as it makes her look wider than she really is.)

#3 is the best for me. She looks uncomfortable in the first two.
