Feel free to pick them to death, how else will I learn. I dont get to practice as much as I would like due to the real job cutting into my time..lol.

Your post is set to NC, but you've asked for CC, so here come my opinions.

Your key on camera right in the second shot is casting shadows on every little imperfection on her face, making them really stand out. I think the result might be improved by moving the light much closer and a bit higher.

Your light in the 3rd shot missed her right eye and cast part of her face in shadow. I think a reflector would have helped.

Models holding guns just to be holding them is cliche. I think I get that you were trying to portray she is in law enforcement. If she wanted really wanted to hold her gun, I might have done a shot of her taking it apart on a table, cleaning it, or actually interacting with the prop in some way that shows she really knows what she's doing with it.

I'm sure her child would probably not cooperate without the milk for long, but it is a huge distraction to me. Perhaps Mom could talk to her child or play a little game with her. Unforced, natural eye contact between mother and a very young child looks great on camera!

I have not used the site in some time and had honestly never even noticed that NC there. Thanks for telling me really how it is, now I can work on correcting those errors next time I shoot. Besides that I need to investi in some more equipment like a reflector and stand.
