Always trying to improve. Here is last Sunday's set. Please let me know what you think guys:) Thanks!
#1 Girl's hair was all over the place. I cleaned up some, but left some strays because they seemed to belong.
#3 This piece is about her shape and form. Letting her clothes and hair mostly disappear is intentional.

#1 I like the lighting, although some might think it is flat. I believe a reflector was used below the chin, because of the catch light in the eyes. I even like the close crop, and this is the style that could be cropped even tighter (on the head) to add to the dramatic look.
#2 Usually flair is overdone, in my opinion, because it degrades the image. When the flair covers the subject that is too much. In this case it does not, and is just enough. There is maybe a bit too much dark foreground. If her eyes were open or even closed it might not look like she was squinting.
#4 I like the composition, the lighting, the concept. Some very minor items, such as the hand that looks strange and the foot. Both have a somewhat "deformed" appearance. Even though you intentionally did not light the hair, I believe it might need just a small amount of hair light.
I really need to try something like this for sure.
(Keeping comments to 3 images, since that is suppose to be the limit I think for CC)

Aside from the bit of hair in her face ... I like that third shot of yours.
And that last shot is very cool.

#3 - the shape formed by her right arm is very interesting, I find that bit of her left arm that can be seen in the gap a little distracting. I love what the dress is doing.
#4 - gorgeous! I love the low-key styling, and the contrasting/balanced elements. That tattoo on her ankle is a little distracting, but the overall shape is beautiful.

Thanks for your constructive feedback guys; I appreciate it:)
I was unable to get access to a proper location, so I hung the girl from a tree with a rope on the side of a busy street. We got quite a lot of attention from passersby that day!
Here is a BTS snapshot for the last image, taken a bit little before dusk:

I am hesitant to offer CC, because I am a beginner with the subject matter. That being said, I really do love these images, particularly #4; all the more so when I see how you set it up.

Thanks Charrie.
@Rex You aren't obligated to give CC, but don't let being new hold you back from simply giving your opinion if you wish it. We can all potentially learn something from each other. Plenty of non/new-photographers have pointed out things that I've missed on my pictures. Besides, I'm pretty new too:)
Thanks! | | | |

Little bits of hair in the face, now and then, are something I actually like, especially with outdoors shoots.

Per Our Rules: New Constructive Critiques Guidelines 3. Photo Quantity Limitations Do not post more than 3 photos in a thread for critique. Choose your absolute best 3 shots of the series and post those. Posting more than 3 shots per thread will only hurt your chances of getting an honest critique since critiques do take time.
