I agree with Viet, I'd like to see a little bit of light on her back in #2. And I'm a sucker for shallow depth of field so I'd like to see a bit more separation from the background. Looks like you made her comfortable in front of the camera, she has a great smile! | | | |

Guess it's just me, but seem like a lot of empty space above her head in #2.
I like #1 well enough.

Consider a tighter crop with both of these.
In the 1st one, she is a little small in the image. Leaves a lot room for the eyes to wonder around in the image. Make her larger in the image.
Image 2, she is in the bottom 2/3rds of the image. Lots of image to look around in above her head. Also, next time instead of pointing the elbow towards the camera, have her point it more behind her or camera right.
Easy to check and see what you think. If you do make a change the crop, repost for us to see, please.
Also, really like the fill flash and pose!!!
