Take it with a grain of salt...these are just my opinion

#1 Lighting seems flat
#3 clone out the leaf at the top left?
#4 i like
#5 something about it, just not sure, it doesnt stand out for me...
#2 & 6 I think having both dogs in focus especially the eyes, that would appeal to me more, but one is sharp and the other is not on the same plane, so the DOF is too shallow. I like the shot, but the DoF is too shallow.
#7 that's an odd one, a hand disappearing into his butt.... :)
#8 the lighting looks flat and a tad on the blue side? And the lost puppy to the bottom right is cute, but not sure if it fits?

Thanks Ken... I appreciate that. Let me see if I can take care of the clone and color issues.

Unfortunately, I sort of blew it on the DOF with the two dogs. I was in a hurry as we had very quickly changing light (was working under overcast with just a reflector) so I didn't check my DOF very closely.

These couples were pretty fun going, so we just sort of rolled with it and what they wanted to do. The dogs were very important, so they wanted them in the shots if possible, so I decided to leave the puppy in the last one (I know it's distracting, but they'll love it).

Anyways, thanks for checking it out and for the good criticism, I do appreciate it as you probably know, this isn't my normal cup of tea. It's been awhile since I've even shot humans... LOL

I'm sure there will be more input by others and I'd be corrected.

I think you did well, overall. Curiously, I get to shoot some fluffy dogs this coming Wednesday! A gig's a gig...
