I really like the first shot and the video on how you did it. There isn't much I can critique to make this better. The only thing I might mention are the round ceiling lights in the shot. I took me a minute to figure out what they were. It almost looked like a moving object captured in a long exposure. Then I saw they were overhead lights. The point is that it was a little distracting and I don't think it adds anything to the photo so you might try cloning them out.
