Kara in Deep Ellum Preview (More Pics Added) - 02-15-2006, 04:51 PM

I shot with the lovely Kara Oest today in Deep Ellum. She's a delight to work with, she needs very little instruction and is very comfortable in front of the camera. We did a little bit of model portfolio work, but she was dramatically lacking headshots, so we worked on those most. The wind was our worst enemy, but it managed to settle down once in a while.

I'll post a link to the rest later.

Thanks also to DEMDeepEllumMusic for assisting with reflectors and suggestions for poses and locations!

Very nice Brad. I hope you have some that show Deep Ellum because this could have been shot any where.
Looks great either way.

Tremendous Brad. All of them have unique looks to them, all well done. I think the last is my favorite as she has a "hot" look to her.

The Nicholson one would be perfect if the shadows didn't make it look like she has a gut. I just can't get my eyes away from that.

Also love the one with the blue background.

Congrats.

Thanks Joe.. that "hot" look is because she was standing in a corner that was painted fire engine red... so there was some bleed over from the reflections.
