Sometimes bad photos can be made good again

At the studio class I went to the instuctor let me borrow her lens (don't remember what type it was). Well when I took pictures with it every picture showed up overexposed by a great deal. I thought I did something wrong but when I put my lens back on everything was fine again. For some reason I didn't delete the photos that were shot with her lens. Well the friend that was my model that day looked at the unedited pictures I took of her and saw these photos and thought they were cool. The only change she wanted was to make the lips pink. So to make a long story short (actually there is no more to the story) here is the picture with only thing done to it are the lips.
