Today I went out and decided to try out the Voigtlander 15mm f4.5 on my M8 - very nice little lens, DOF makes the non-RF coupling a non issue, handling is good (well, you don't really need to handle it actually...) and IQ is great, especially for the price; I love the focal lenght - around 20mm on film - and I probably end up getting the better, faster & bigger Zeiss version as soon as my budget recover and some job's cash comes; in the meantime, I think I am going to have fun with this.
