Fun times at the gun range - 02-02-2008, 08:06 PM

I went to the gun range in Texas City with several friends. They were shooting rifles and a pistol. I was shooting a Canon!

Derek was there to sight in his varmit rifle. From the looks of the target, I'd say he was successfull. NOTE: Look at the target in the top right corner of the paper. Four shots in there also...on purpose! In fact, he did that in all four corners.

Jack was shooting his 10-22 and a pistol. I volunteered to be the reloader, but that only lasted about ten minutes!!!

Cool Mike, I can almost smell the rimfire smoke. Brings back happy thoughts when I used to go burn a couple bricks of .22 ammo.

I really enjoyed your series of photos at the range! Reminds me I need to go to the range and practice.

Those are cool. What? You didn't want to go stand over by the targets and get a cool bullet shot or something??

The 17 HMR is a great little round. Works great out to 150 to 175 yards.
