Thanks jeff... that's the only shot I have with the new profoto ringflash. I can't wait to use that thing some more.

The only shot I'm not so keen on is the 5th shot. The last is my favorite - I really love the warmth.

David, That's the only one I wasn't so sure about. Perhaps it is a bit on the dark side.

i like the fifth one.. very moody.
but, i would soften the skin a tad. you can see too much texture in 2 and 6 especially, the shadows catching roughness in the skin.

I was going to say the same thing as Tasha. Except for the last one they could use a tad of skin smoothing, but the lighting is great. They all look fantastic. Congrats to both of you! I love the last one best.

I love the dramatic effect in #1. Any PP secrets or is that all ring flash?

Shots look good... But as others have suggested, the lighting in some does accentuate the skin. I am personally not a fan of plastic, perfect Barbi processing, but I do tend to soften anything that is distracting... (soften, not necessarily smooth out completely). I also tone down any shiny spots...To me, it makes the subject look better in some cases without looking completely fake.

Thanks for sharing.

OK, Its late and I agree with you guys, so I took a stab at some smoothing.... Still needs a bit more work, but I am tired and will mess with it in the morning. Oh wait, it is morning. OK, I will mess with it in the afternoon.

That one looks nice Tarick. Skin looks great and not overdone. She's pretty enough that she doesn't need plastic. The only suggestion I'd have is to "unsoften" the eyes.
