Film legend Lauren Bacall spoke Wedesday night as part of the Briliant Lecture Series at the Landmark River Oaks Theatre. Ms. Bacall took questions from the audience after they viewed an exclusive film screening of To Have and Have Not, the classic 1944 feature that she starred in with her husband Humphrey Bogart. I have a book of hollywood photographs that I got when I was in highschool that made me pick up my first camera. My favorite picture in that book is a portrait of Bacall....you might say were it not for her amazing beauty, i would have never started taking pictures! |
