And what was it when we used glass plates and tin plates? Wait, I know it took light just like it does with digital. So, with film it must be paint with silver not light.

About as stupid a post as the original one. | Sorry, never went to Tarleton State other than one Histography graduate course, SMU and University of Dallas graduate and undergraduate.
As for Computer Science programs it's Stanford or Carnegie Mellon but you might want to look into Syracuse's S.I. Newhouse School's Graduate program in photography, don't you think? Might learn something...

The School of Information Studies (iSchool), the Original School for the Information Age®, offers M.S. degree programs in three areas to prepare students for a growing number of dynamic careers that involve the management and use of information, digital librarianship, computers and databases, networks, and telecommunications technologies. Students can earn any of these degrees through on-campus education or through distance learning formats, with some requiring brief residencies in Syracuse. Ranked number one in information systems by U.S. News & World Report, the iSchool offers an M.S. in information management, which requires the completion of 42 credit hours. Each student completes courses in management approaches and strategies, user information needs, technological infrastructures, and electives. There is also an exit requirement. The program provides an integrated approach to the effective management and use of information and communication technologies within organizations. The iSchool also offers a 30-credit Executive M.S. in information management for midcareer professionals looking to advance their organizations and their job prospects. | SU class of '69 | | | |

Hey, if he didn't stir y'all up, you'd be snoozing in front of the monitor moving those zeros and ones around.
Postscript: Some high tech guy wrote some Photoshop tutorials for View Camera Magazine. You can tell I was interested. In the first article he said that the only thing you can do in Photoshop is make a pixel darker or lighter.
True or false?

technically true.
You change the RGB (aka color) by varying the relative brightness of the separate RGB components.
Film=piddling with chemicals in the dark by yourself behind closed doors...
Old film folks never die. They just smell that way.
