For those of you that don't print your own, what is a good online service for printing? Also, for those in San Antonio, where do you get your photos printed?

You are going to get varying opinions on this, but Bay Photo does pay for a banner at the top of TPF, so check them out (I've never really heard anything bad about them). There's also Millers/MPIX/MPIX Pro, White House, ACI Lab, etc etc

Oh, I'm so glad to see this thread. I was wondering this myself. I was thinking of using WHCC (that's White House...) but I do a lot of albums. Their prices seem a little high, or am I just being cheap? No point of reference here. Just curious.

A friend of mine swears by this site:

http://www.adoramapix.com/

I think you can download color profiles for Photoshop to see more how your photos will print. I've seen my friend compare the same photos he ordered from different online stores, and Adorama looked the best by far!

I just got my first order from MPix a few days ago. The quality and service was very good. THe metallic prints I got look fantastic. I'll definitely use them again.

For cheap prints in San Antonio, I've had great luck with Costco. I downloaded the color profile for the one in my area. I've been getting a pretty good color match on prints from them.

I love Miller's Lab. They are AWESOME to deal with.
