eye problems

This is a discussion on eye problems within the Photo Tips forums, part of the Photography Information category; GUys can you help me out, I absolutly love this pic, but I cant figure out how to correct it ...

GUys can you help me out, I absolutly love this pic, but I cant figure out how to correct it better.

The little girl had pink eye ( didnt let me know till after we had started the shoot. I have played with it but everytime I process it, it looks touched up, any tip or advice on how to do this?

I touched up the eye a little using the clone tool to get rid of the red and then used the paint tool with the lighten mode. I may have a it a little too light, but you get the idea. It would take a little time to get it just right.

As far as saving I resized image to 72dpi, then changed the longest side to 800, the used the unsharp mask at the following settings:

Amount: 100
Radius: .5
Threshold: 3

And then saved the image at “high” or “8” in .jpg compression.

I hope that helps some.

Now see what I mean, I just cant get my images to look that great when I download them to the web site, man that picture look a ton better when you uploaded it......ahhhhhh
