Hello All!
A good friend of mine is coming home from Iraq this month, and has asked me to photograph him and his family. Both him and his wife are in the military, and they have a 2 year old daughter.
He said, ""I always had an idea in my head that I would be in my Marine uniform and she would be in her Army uniform and maybe some with my daughter as well. Just to illustrate the " Military Family" that we have.""
So question is, does anyone have any ideas as far as posing?
Also, they are not looking to get their uniforms dirty...for obvious reasons of course.
THANKS! I appreciate anyone's help with this!! | | | | | Sponsored Links | Premium Members do not see Google advertisements. SIGN UP today and help support our community.

If you can find a U.S. Flag, Marine Corps, and Army Flags and work them into the background.
Good luck with the shoot....

you didnt specify, but I am assuming that you are talking about dress uniform rather than working uniforms.
Think about this option with the two of them... Military wear Ribbons and awards on Left side. If you put them facing each other, one of them will have that side in shadow or obscured completely. Possible an arrangement where they are bodies pointed 45 deg, in same direction but staggered and then faces toward the camera..

Check out Oplove.org - they do free sessions/images for soldiers. Might get some ideas there.

How old is the little girl? Perhaps have her in a tutu and shirt to match that are the colors of the uniform. She could also have on mommies hat but wearing daddies boots or the other way around. With the parents standing directly behind embracing in the background but blurred.
