But it just isn't the same as me taking pictures of myself..ill post some when I'm done..just need to find the stupid button. doHH

Just hold the button on the top left on the back of the camera the has three squares overlapping each other and twist the back dial. Your display on top will show your shooting mode change for single to continous to timer to timer and remote to remote.
Hope you can understand what I'm trying to say!

I think you'll be OK, they have a thin candy shell. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

Hold down the icon for switching between single shot and continous and turn the rear control dial until the little clock shows up. The button is on the left of the camera next to the BKT one.

Rose,

You can download the Nikon D70 Manual here. Page 105 is what you are looking for.

Hope this helps.

BTW, you can also adjust the delay in the shooting menu from 2, 5, 10, and 20 seconds.

I could not agree more, subjects like this is what makes our forum a great place to be. While we sometimes might seem a little on our high horses I promise it is not meant that way. Having fun and educating at the same time is one of our main goals here! The great people sure do help in reaching that goal!
