Christmas tree stop motion - 11-16-2005, 01:15 PM

Just a thought as people are thinking about dressing their trees. Something I did last year that was fun was set up the camera pointing at the tree and take a shot every few minutes while we were decorating it. I then strung all the clips together to get an animated sequence of the tree getting dressed up and lit up. Was fun to do and easy, particularly if you have a remote release or a timer that can set long intervals and multiple shots.

Not a great example, but here is one attempt from a few years back.
