I Need Help: v3/3: Shooting Menu Pictures Tommorow...

Ok so im shooting some food for a mexican restaurant tommorow for their menu, and its for a guy with a marketing business. If it goes good I will have the oppurtunity to do 3 other retaurants at least. Ive dont a few studio setups before with the softbox but anyone else have any tips or know of any websites that have some good last minute tips for me. Im thinking of bringing the strobe with the octabox setup.
