So, when I wanna get some of my images done, will I need to bring the RAW files in to get printed? I've noticed with the canon utils that if I convert the RAW to JPEG, the color changes big time on it.

Converted to JPEG via Canon Utils

Loaded in Photoshop CS and saved as JPEG

why don't you just open the raw file through PS?

this is what I got when I load the converted file into PS and then saved it again. In PS you may have your workspace profile options set some how to change when saving a file

well, looks to me as though the white balance is off. Can you provide some info on what you are setting white balance and color space to?
